We are currently building the 27 acres of retail development and have completed the construction of a 15,000 square foot Walgreens, Chase Bank, an inline building with frontage on 48th Avenue which includes a H&R Block' s office and a Dominos Pizza Also opened for business are TCF Bank, Carl' s Jr. restaurant, McDonalds and 7-Eleven. Indeed, our development is surrounded by the fastest growing developments in Denver.

The Denver Connection is a 417 acre mixed use development at Pena Boulevard, the access highway to the Denver International Airport, just north of Interstate 70. The entire project is located within the city and county of Denver.

Access is off of Pena Boulevard which currently serves over 100,000 cars per day and the property is surrounded by top national and multinational companies. The property also features access and frontage on 48th Avenue, Tower Road and Chambers Road.
